1. Early Access Status

Physo.click is currently provided as an Early Access, beta-stage educational platform.

The Service is under active development and may contain bugs, inaccuracies, interruptions, incomplete features, or other issues. Features may be added, modified, suspended, or removed at any time without notice.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

2. Educational Purpose Only

Physo.click is intended as an educational support and learning tool.

Physo.click is not:

  • a school;
  • an accredited educational institution;
  • an examination authority;
  • a certification body;
  • an official curriculum provider.

The Service is designed to supplement learning and should not be considered a replacement for formal education, classroom instruction, textbooks, teachers, schools, or official educational programs.

3. No Academic Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • grades;
  • test scores;
  • examination results;
  • academic achievement;
  • school performance;
  • admission outcomes;
  • certifications;
  • mastery of any subject.

Completion of lessons, exercises, simulations, assessments, or other materials does not guarantee educational outcomes of any kind.

4. Curriculum and Content Disclaimer

Physics education is generally based on broadly accepted scientific principles used worldwide. Physo.click may utilize content inspired by widely recognized open educational resources, open standards, and publicly available educational materials.

However, we do not guarantee that any content:

  • matches a specific national curriculum;

Users are responsible for determining whether the Service meets their educational needs.

5. Content Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate educational content. However, errors may occur.

Content may contain:

  • factual inaccuracies;
  • calculation errors;
  • translation mistakes;
  • typographical errors;
  • outdated information;
  • AI-generated inaccuracies;
  • incomplete explanations;
  • incorrect answers or solutions.

Users should independently verify important information before relying on it for educational, professional, academic, or other purposes.

6. Simulations and AI Features

The Service may include simulations, generated content, adaptive learning systems, artificial intelligence features, recommendations, explanations, hints, and automated feedback.

Such outputs are generated automatically and may be incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate in some situations.

AI-generated content should be treated as educational assistance only and not as authoritative advice.

7. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

Except where explicitly stated otherwise, all rights are reserved.

These Terms do not grant ownership rights in the Service or its content.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms, payment providers, analytics services, authentication providers, or other external services.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of third-party services.

11. Paid Subscriptions and Billing

The Service may offer optional paid subscription plans ("Premium") that provide access to additional features.

Subscriptions are processed through Paddle, a third-party payment provider. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of the paid period.

Premium subscriptions provide immediate access to digital features and content. Refunds are generally not available for digital subscriptions. However, if you experience a technical issue or believe a charge was made in error, you may contact us and we will review your case individually.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will apply to new subscriptions or renewals after the change takes effect, not to the current billing period of existing subscribers.

The Service may be modified, suspended, restricted, or discontinued at any time without liability.
